Meet Our New Board Members
Two new board members armed with intriguing expertise to guide and scale GeologicAI’s innovations into the future

GeologicAI is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors of our parent company, Enersoft Inc. Douglas Beach and Chen Fong bring a depth of experience helping technology companies realize their commercial potential.
Douglas Beach is an early-stage investor in dozens of technology ventures, primarily in deep climate, health, and AI-driven industrial technology with global reach and 'change the world' impact. Doug has nearly four decades of operating and investing experience include global operation of financial and physical commodity trading businesses; innovations in physical and financial market facilities; acquisitions; public issues; and the requisite experiences that come with all the above: regulatory, pirates, difficult oligarchs, and more. Doug’s last 10 years have been in the private investment space with previous decades involved with Koch Industries’ companies.
Chen Fong is armed with a unique mix of skills, having decades of experience building start-up entrepreneurial companies, while achieving the highest accolades in his field as a radiologist. Chen is the co-chair of the Global Strategy Board of the Creative Destruction Lab, a platform mentoring young entrepreneurs; is on an extensive list of philanthropic boards in the healthcare space; and is a co-founder and board member of Pureweb Inc. Chen is currently the Professor Emeritus of Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary and has received the Order of Canada for medical technology innovation.
